We are happy to offer refunds as long as the item is returned in the condition it was sent in with all tags still attached. We will offer a full refund, ONLY if the item purchased is returned in a clean, sellable condition i.e the condition you received your order in. Returns will only be accepted 30 days after the delivery date which is determined via signature upon delivery.
